About Chirantana Academy
Chirantana Academy, a registered academy from Davangere, Karnataka, India, started in the year 2001, rooted in tradition, imparting various art and dance forms, and working towards engaging art enthusiasts, artists from various dance, music, and art forms of India.

Chirantana Academy students are trained under professionally qualified noted Gurus with constant guidance, thereby providing opportunities in excelling in their respective dance or art form. Chirantana has successfully trained 16000 students in the past two decades.

Chirantana organizes workshops, trainings, dance and music festivals, annual events, cultural programs, award ceremonies in India and international destinations viz., United Kingdom, UAE, Sri Lanka, Singapore and many other countries, thereby spreading the Indian heritage and supporting the art and artists.

As part of the social responsibility, Chirantana Academy has raised funds through various events and concerts in support of Haemophilia patients, Cancer patients, Blind schools, Orphanages, victims of natural calamities and various training programes for Teachers and students.

Founder and President
Deepa - Founder member at Chirantana Academy is a multi-faceted personality – Educationist, Choreographer, Dancer, Singer, Anchor and an admirable Organizer. Her determination to revive and spread Indian culture, dance and art forms gave way to the very existence of CHIRANTANA under the guidance and blessings of Guru Smt.Maya Rao, a renowned Kathak dancer.

Deepa conceptualizes every program/event which is different every time to make it unique and perfect. She has transformed Davangere as a cultural hub. She believes in constant monitoring, standardize the training, and achieve the perfection.
Deepa is also Director at Goal International Public School.
Madhava Prasad Padaki
Founder and Secretary
Madhav – Founder member at Chirantana has dedicated his time in the development of the Academy. He is a Dancer, Percussion player, responsible and able organizer. He is the creative brain behind the successful Chirantana events by putting up the stage, sound, light designs and managing back-stage effectively. He has been a working consistently in making ‘Chirantana’ a household name in Davangere. Madhav is also into other social service organizations, an active member of Lifeline - a blood donor organization, Madhwa Sangha and many more. He is Program Manager, KIDROP, Narayana Nethralaya.
Dr. Kruthika
Bharathanatyam Guru
Dr.Kruthika’s Bharatanatyam journey started at the tender age of 4. She has undergone rigorous training in various aspects of the art form under the guidance of Guru Smt.Jayanti Thyagaraj and Guru Vidushi Chitra Vinodh with ‘Tala’ as her strong suit and understanding of Carnatic music helps her bring out the intricacies of tough rhythmic pattern as well as nuances of Abhinaya.
Arron
Sr. Gitar & Keyboard Teacher
Arron is a professional Guitar, Piano and Keyboard Music Teacher, who has over 30 years of experience in performing and teaching the students. He has been privileged to be mentored by renowned Musician Late James Sir. He specilizes in Indo Western teaching method and is admired for his friendly approach to students.
Vidvan Vivek Krishna
Sr. Violin & Vocal Guru
Vivek Krishna is a talented Violinist and Carnatic Music teacher from Shivamogga. He has been performing in the major festivals, organizations and sabhas. He is a dedicated teacher with an experience over 30 years. He has good number of achievements to his credit as teacher and performer.
