Social Services

Chirantana believes in connecting art with social cause.  We have conducted many fund raising events by popular artists viz., Usha Uthup, Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Vidwan Kadri Gopinath, Pandit Praveen Godkindi, Sangeetha Katti, Praveen D.Rao and many more, in support of Hemophilia patients, cancer patients etc. We regularly help blind schools, orphanages, school for special children.  We have raised funds for Chennai flood victims, victims of flood hit villages of North Karnataka and with the help of actor Mr.Vijay Raghavendra.

We organize blood donation camps, conduct teacher training programs to under privileged schools in parts of Karnataka, conduct workshops to empower and inspire students and women.

Flood Relief

Chirantana organized fund collection initiation with reputed Kannada Actor Hero Vijaya Raghavendra to help flood affected victims of North Karnataka region during the year  2009

Team Chirantana donated for the blind students of the Veereshwara Punyashrama, ashram for Blind, at Bada Cross, Davangere, for their education.

Donation

Chirantana in association with the renowned Singer Usha Uthup raised funds for Karnataka Haemophilia Society, Davangere in the aid of the Hemophilia  patients.   Usha Uthup and Chirantana team visited the patients at the hospital to boost the morale in them.

CHIRANTANA has conducted more than 100+ Teacher's Training programme for teachers at rural areas both online and offline 

English improvement online classes for teachers at 'N.Thammanna Vidya Samsthe', Hallegere, Mandya District, during pandemic situation. 

The team of 15 teachers were also trained to conduct Zoom classes to the students

for about 3 months
